These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Midilize application ("Software") and the website at midilize.com ("Website"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
Midilize grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Software on devices you own or control.

Midilize includes a 14 day full access trial. After the trial expires, a paid license is required to continue using the Software.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), our authorized reseller and payment provider. Each license may be activated on one computer at a time.
By purchasing the Software, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and policies.
Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
We offer a 14 day refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting: support@ifnoon.com
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
The Software and Website, including all content and features, are owned by Midilize and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Software.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midilize shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
We may terminate access to the Software if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
